The founder and CEO of the company, Donovan Heslop,
Has over twenty years of experience in the entertainment business, having served as a music and TV producer and director. He was a co-producer with PWL Records, Michael Jackson’s “Man in the Mirror,” and Stevie Wander.
Wayne Jobson, TIRT’s Host and TV producer, is a two-time Grammy winner and an acclaimed songwriter and musician. Wayne produced Adam Sandler’s reggae soundtrack for his “50 First Dates” movie which went gold and was number one on Billboard soundtrack charts. Wayne’s other production projects include work with Keith Richards, Willie Nelson, Jimmy Cliff, Paris Hilton, Garth Brooks, and Junior Reid.
Desiree Heslop, TIRT’s Executive Vice President - creative development, is a multi-talented creative writer and recording artist whose discography boasts top ten to top thirty chart positions worldwide. Her hit single "Say I'm Your Number One" has sold double platinum worldwide and her debut album was awarded the Ampex Gold Award. Donovan and Desiree (popularly known as “Princess”) were both awarded Certificates of Distinction for their work with UNICEF in Zimbabwe and South Korea.
Dr. Richard Ottoo, PhD, CFA, FRM, is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TIRT. Richard has over twenty-five years of experience in the finance industry, academia and government, with stints spanning the US, China, France, and East Africa
